cable not correctly adjusted (check and adjust the cable both ends )
clutch plates worn or warped (checkout above video and overhaul clutch )
clutch springs broken or weak ,springs that are old or even damaged by heat caused by clutch slipping
should be relaced .
faulty clutch release mechanism , check and renew any parts neccessary .
clutch centre or housing worn causing failure of plates to engage .
